Get hands-on with Templafy Document Agents Delivered across two 90-minute virtual workshops, this course will help you understand what's possible with Templafy AI, how Document Agents work, and how to design and automate a document process within your own environment. Session One: Understanding Document Agents -Overview of Templafy's AI capabilities, including AI Assistant, AI Smart Fields, Document Agents, and the Templafy Agent for PowerPoint. -How to connect Templafy to your preferred AI agent through an MCP connection. -Understanding how Document Agents work through Layouts, Custom Agents, Knowledge, and Skills. -Getting started with Layouts and Knowledge. -Planning and designing your agent. Session Two: Building and Deploying Your Agent -Mapping your agent workflow. -Building your Document Agent. -Testing, refining, and launching your agent. What You'll Receive Recordings of each session for future reference. Hands-on exercises and practical activities in a Templafy training environment. The opportunity to build an agent within your own environment during Session Two (subject to configuration readiness).
