At Ripped Orange we appreciate the variety of skills and needs that exist and how important it is to be able to access the right solutions to enable attainment of ICT strategy and goals. That is why we offer six learning solutions; we know from experience that one solution alone will not necessarily enable competency goals to be achieved.

Ripped Orange has an ever growing menu of digital technology courses suitable for both the individual and organisation.  Technology Courses are a time-based learning solution and are a great way to access our ICT knowledge and expertise.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT

When an organisation has an ICT change that impacts people the shift in knowledge must be rapidly followed by a strategic and planned approach to increase skill.  At Ripped Orange our approach to project based change has successfully supported people and links to a longer term goal of skill development.

THE GROVE

Think of The Grove as our home that we share with you.  It can be your in-house ICT learning suite; there for when need it, but without the expensive overhead.  Running VMware Ripped Orange can replicate your IT environment and even better, you are welcome to bring your own facilitator.

ANALYSIS SERVICES

For training to be successful an organisation must discover where it can benefit most from the application of training.  It also needs to know if the training can achieve the desired results and that it is linked to culture and strategy.  And as training is such a large investment, and large investments require justification, you need to have access to information that determines a return on your investment.

It should not be under played how important the right material in the right format is to an organisation.  Learning collateral is a key aspect in capturing knowledge.  From induction programmes, training presentations, courseware development to workflow processes we design, create and manage all knowledge collateral.
